Price Waterhouse Coopers were commissioned by the Office of Hearing Services to review prices and device supply.

PwC issued a public discussion paper for comment by 21 June 2017.

IAA issued a detailed response,  recommending fees for service,  gap fees, devices to be independently verifed and regulation of the profession.
