conform to current legislative requirements of State or Federal bodies.
IAA members have a responsibility
to participate in community education and discussion related to hearing,
deafness and balance.
When representing IAA in public
forums (such as social or mainstream media), members remain respectful and
honest at all time. Opinion must be clearly
indicated as such.
Publications regarding research
findings, services or products must always be factual and not liable to
misinterpretations by implication or because of omissions. Where an opinion is stated, this should be
clearly indicated. The author(s) of the
publication should be clearly identified, together with acknowledgement of all
contributors to the work.
