Introduction to CounselEAR for independent private practice in Australia

We are pleased to introduce Brian Urban AuD, Audiologist and President of CounselEAR: an innovative, Audiologist-designed-and-refined, integrated system for practice management, counselling, reporting and record-keeping. The automation features in CounselEAR will hold many advantages to IAA members in terms of practice management efficacies.

The IAA Executive Committee and in particular our president, Dr Tegan Keogh, have been working closely with CounselEAR for many months to establish seamless integration with HSP claiming, Medicare, Xero and other platforms specific to provision of hearing services in Australia. IAA were pleased to be able to introduce CounselEAR to the IT team at HSP to facilitate this integration process.
