Speaker bios:
Nicole Eglinton is CEO and Principal Audiologist at All Ears & Speech and Little Allied Health. She holds a Master’s Degree in Audiology from Flinders University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and is a past Executive Committee member of Independent Audiologists Australia. Her experience includes complex audiological presentations for children and adults, implantable hearing technology, neonatal diagnostics, and auditory processing assessment and management.
Lauren Iasenzaniro is Clinical Lead - Audiology at All Ears & Speech and Little Allied Health, where she has worked since 2011. She completed her Master's degree in Audiology at Flinders University in 2008, following her Bachelor of Medical Radiations (Nuclear Medicine) in 2006. Lauren's clinical focus includes both paediatric audiology and complex adult cases, with experience in auditory processing assessment and management and advanced hearing implant fitting and verification. Her work involves interpreting complex audiological information to develop recommendations that meet clients' listening goals.
Erica Caiuby is the Clinical Services Manager for MED-EL Australia and New Zealand. She trained as an audiologist in Brazil and worked in Australia for almost 20 years with independent clinics prior to joining MED-EL in 2013. She is most passionate about hearing implants, noting the highlights of her career being the provision of surgical support, as well as the perpetual buzz of seeing the smile light up a recipient’s face when their implant is switched on.
