This exclusive FREE webinar is part of the IAA Means Business series — a members-only business webinar collection by Independent Audiologists Australia.

Today’s hearing care practices have more data at their fingertips than ever before, but without the right tools, that data is just noise. Business Intelligence (BI) turns raw data into clear, actionable insights that help you make smarter decisions, run a stronger practice, and better serve your patients.

This session introduces the core concepts of BI, tailored specifically for audiology and hearing care. Whether you’re a practice owner, manager, or clinician, you’ll learn how to use data to gain visibility, uncover opportunities, and drive meaningful results.

In this session, you'll discover:

  • What Business Intelligence (BI) is and how it applies to hearing healthcare
  • Why BI matters now more than ever in a competitive and evolving industry
  • Real-world examples of practices using BI to improve performance and outcomes
  • The most critical KPIs for audiology—and how to use them to guide strategy
  • How traditional reporting tools fall short, and what today’s practices need instead
  • How MVP delivers the most comprehensive, easy-to-use BI platform for audiology through seamless integration with major office management systems

Whether you’re looking to improve efficiency, grow your practice, or simply make more confident decisions, this session will show you how BI can help you get there.

Date & Time: Wednesday 24 September, 12:00pm AEST
